The process can take from 3 to 6 months for a direct s1 filing and if it's a real company getting the market maker to file the 15c211 is not that big of an issue as long as the initial audit and S1 filing went through without a hitch.

Post public operations are a completely different story and the investor relations strategy can and will make or break your ability to succeed in the public realm.

How To Pick Up Women The Right Way

Many a man has been at a bar, spotted an attractive woman and thought to himself, "Wow! She really works those breasts, bouncy bouncy."

Next, he went up to talk to her and within the first thirty seconds of conversation the poor bastard went belly up as she hammered him to jelly.

With his self-esteem fried to cinders, he limped away.

Maybe you've been there before? I know I have. I used to be so scared to pick up women that I'd imagine them pointing out all of my physical flaws. How cool is that - I'd reject myself before she got a chance to reject me.

Meeting and approaching women is no easy business for those who haven't mastered the necessary skills. Let's take a look at why this is so.

Here's the thing: more often than not, men pick up women for their beauty alone - and women are well aware of this. They can entrap a man without making a single peep.

Half the time, even if you find them as attractive as a dingle berry , they'll still think you're interested.

But this, my friend, is about to change...

Catching a glimpse of the average man approaching a woman is a grizzly sight to behold. Think of the woman as a skilled fisherman with something irresistible hanging from her pole and the guy as a dumb fish who's minutes away from being turned into her dinner.

Even if he puts up a fight, it's game over - she already hooked him (although, if she's physically attracted to him, there's a glimmer of hope).

I'm also a fish - but an F-ed up, twisted, alien barracuda. Just when they feel that they have me on their hook I start throwing bait at them.

They clamp their chompers down on the bait and my hook slides in - they're trapped.

Let me give you an example. If I'm at a nightclub, I may stand in a crowed area - maybe near the bar or ladies restroom. As a woman walks by I'll stick out my elbow making it inevitable that she'll bump into it.

And then in an overdramatic and offended tone I'll utter: "Ow...you hurt me."

A bit flustered, the lovely lady will put her hand on my shoulder and gush, "I'm so sorry."

I'll usually shoot back with, "You can touch me but...only if you tell me an interesting story or a funny joke."

This is not only a bundle of fun but also a powerful means of emotionally hooking a woman.

When the average man's groin fills with lust for a sexy vixen, he starts coming up with ways to win her over.

In plain English, she's hooked them in. Anything they do to win her over, reels them even closer.

With my example above, however, I'm doing the opposite. Instead of me proving myself to her, I'm making her prove herself to me. I'm the sought after Prize, not her.

Here's a universal truth about dating and attraction: In every male-female interaction, only one person can be the Prize. Two people can't chase each other at the same time.

You need to put yourself in the role of the Prize and the woman in role of the suitor working to win you over.

Stress At Work - What To Do About It

While going to work may give us income, structure, and a sense of pride, it can also cause a lot of worry and stress. While some pressure at work is necessary to make our work fulfilling and to make us more productive, stress happens when the pressure is excessive and / or continuous and we do not have adequate recovery time. The primary cause of employee exercised sick leave is often work-related stress. In fact, studies have demonstrated that as many as one in six individuals indicated their jobs were exceedingly stressful.

Most stress from work is the result of many smaller situations that build up over time, although work-related stress may also be triggered by a sudden or unexpected event. There are a number of factors that can make you feel stressed at work, including poor working conditions, long working hours, relationships with colleagues, lack of job security, mismatch between the requirements of the job and your own capabilities and needs, too much or too little responsibility.

You can experience physical and emotional and mental problems due to work-related stress. Stress may cause physical symptoms such as digestive issues, sweating, headaches, difficulty sleeping, backaches, and tiredness. You may become disinterested in sex, lack motivation, have difficulty concentrating, feel overwhelmed, irritable, experience mood swings and shifts in emotionality, as well as difficulty eating or eating too much. All of these can indicate work-related stress.

Since you cannot completely eliminate pressure at work, it is important to know how to effectively handle stress. If you are trying to learn to deal with stress on the job, consider these three strategies...

- Changing how we react to an event that causes stress

- Lower the impact on your body from stress

- Educate yourself on other ways you can manage stress

If you have tried to cope with your work-related stress but your situation has not improved, you may need to consult with a specialist. Do not resist seeing someone because you believe this indicates weakness. It is weak to simply sit and pretend there is no problem. It takes strength to solve your problem. Your doctor will be able to spot the physical symptoms of work-related stress and they will also help you identify the causes of stress, give advice on relaxation techniques and / or refer you to a counselor.

If you feel that your stress is a result of being bullied or harassed then you need to speak to your company's human resources or personnel department. You should not have to be the victim on the job. That is not a good situation. Most companies have policies outlining appropriate behavior, which specify the measures to take in these situations. These policies restrict the treatment of their employees and demand that everyone be respected. If your manager does not seem to be taking your complaint seriously, then you must press forward because you are legally protected. You do not need your manager to take action.

The Power Of Mind Is Everything!

As the college fund commercials back in the 80s said, 'the mind is a terrible thing to waste'. The commercial wasn't really about what we're going to be talking about here, but the idea is one which can be applied here as well. You definitely don't want to waste the power of the mind, especially your own. You can tap into the power of your own mind to make positive changes in your life.

You've certainly heard about the law of attraction; the idea behind the book and film 'The Secret'. Whatever you put your mental energy toward will come to you is the message of the work. Whether you do so consciously or not, the power of the mind is such that you can make whatever you focus on happen, whether for good or ill.

In a way, you can see this effect at work in clinical trials where it is known as the placebo effect. It's all about mind over matter. When you think about something; rather, when you believe in something, the power of the mind can make it happen.

We do this kind of thing to ourselves all the time. For instance, when you wake up thinking that this is going to be 'one of those days'; and it turns out to be a bad day. It's actually the power of the mind that causes this to happen.

There is an increasingly large body of scientific evidence which suggests that there is a basis for this phenomena in the laws of physics. A surprising idea comes from the world of quantum mechanics which suggests that matter (which at its most basic level is simply energy) exists only when being observed - suggesting that our minds may have more influence over the universe than we have let ourselves believe in the past.

Learn How To Create Abundance, Live Abundantly

Being in the state to create abundance involves ones total body, physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. Likewise, its benefits go in all of those aspects. You must learn to harness this state both internally and externally. It begins with deep introspection; you must allow yourself to heal from past hurts and unpleasant experiences. It is indeed a challenging process.

You will always be unhappy at some point in your life and whenever you are unhappy your life has the need to find a way to have abundance but it just has not found it yet. Do not be mistaken, abundant life does not pertain to mere material possessions nor does it involve money alone. Learn from the rich, they have everything yet they feel they own nothing. They do not really know how to attain happiness.

To create abundance, you need to begin evaluating your life values first. You also need to evaluate your thoughts, what you believe in, and your emotions. You need to begin changing what you are not happy with. No matter where you are in life you can always take time to find abundant life. Train your mind to think more positively and more logical even when you are in the middle of troubles. When you do this you will notice a drastic change.

We can find the spirit of abundant life all around us. The world is rich with positivity. Its just sad that not many realize this and choose to live life in negativity. Be open to positive things and receive it with your whole mind and heart. Get rid of all the negative for it only blocks abundance from coming in. Learn to forgive, get rid of shame and anxiety, anger and hatred, bitterness and unforgiveness. Release all negative feelings so you can perceive more and be able to accept abundance in your life.

Its also vital to put an end to unsettled things in your life. These are like evil demons eating away your happiness. Stop giving in to failure and hurt. Stop the cycle. Finish with the past and run to the future with positivity. You are sure to create abundance in doing this.

Changes are to be welcomed though difficult they may be. Welcome positive changes and aim to make the best out of everything you go through. Live and work in a positive perception of the world and grab every opportunity to make positive changes in your life. As you see each one keep your focus on. This holistic attitude gets you abundance.

Do not be selfish. As you increase in abundant life you will naturally be more generous towards people out there. In being generous, you help people, you help change your neighborhood and you help change your world!

Focus more on developing and pursuing close relationships with people. This should be desired much more than financial gain. Focus on simple happiness and worthwhile activities that make others happy too. By doing these things you will find yourself with a healthy mind and body and achieve all your goals. Develop positive values, pursue them, and you will find yourself living an abundant life.

When it is time to rest after a hard day's labor it might take a little coffee or probably a few rounds of alcoholic drink or any other booze you could get your hands on. Okay, yeah I'm to be blamed for that one also, unless I'm caught dead wearing a lampshade over my head after a few rounds of vodka... half-naked! Okay, bad example and I apologize to everyone reading this after getting dreadful dreams about me in that state of drunken state of unconsciousness.

Get me clearer, the new age thing like Zen or yoga is one of the good things and it actually works. Is there room for the intellectual side of people who can actually smell the roses-in-a-can while on the move? This really makes me think intensely that at least there really must be something in this 'mind-over-matter' thing.

Notwithstanding what's been happening, and to those who has gone though the ordeal, it's better to just laugh while facing the troubles with a clear mind than anger with a clouded vision. Indeed the best remedy there is whenever and wherever you are is humor. I mean anyone can pay good money to listen to a comedian just to make you wet your pants after laughing so hard.

One of my favorite celebrities of all time may have to be Woody Allen. Now this is one guy who gives you the in-your-face bluntness that he pulls out with gusto, even without even trying. You can talk just about anything with a man, and he's bound to mock the subject and you'll end up laughing rather than being upset about it.

Understanding Telepathic Communication

We only use ten percent of the brain to function and survive throughout life. A huge part of our brains remains unused.

The ability is within everyone to communicate using only the power of the mind. We are able to see what others are thinking without saying anything or using any physical effort.

We are trained from childhood to conform to our parent's expectations and the boundaries of society. The true powers of our minds are not explored as we are not encouraged or trained to think outside the box for fear of ridicule.

And so the ability fades into the background to surface on those odd occasions when the telephone rings and you just instantly know who's on the other end.

Are we being warned about events that are soon to happen by a superior being or are we receiving these signals from others when they are thinking about us?

Whether we realize it or not we already send and receive telepathic signals. It is possible to learn to do this deliberately whenever we want. It takes a little practice, but is well within the scope of our brains.

The natural ability to interact using telepathy is undeveloped in most people. It is not used or recognized as we go through day-to-day life. Most do not think they have this power or know how to use it. A person has to focus on contacting another for it to be effective.

It's been scientifically proven that our thoughts have a frequency, much like radio waves, and they can be measured. If you can learn to harness the frequency of your thoughts and direct them where you want, then you'll begin to learn how to communicate using your mind alone.

Here are some ways to help improve your telepathic abilities.

*Trance State - Your mind is at its most receptive when you allow yourself to drop into a trance-like state. Most humans are capable of inducing an almost hypnotic trance where the body is relaxed and your mind is open.

If you are wanting to develop the ability to be telepathic, work on getting into the trance state to be successful with it.

*Focus - When you are relaxed and in a quiet place, think about a person you'd like to contact you. Focus on that person. Imagine that person receiving your message. Project positive, happy emotions and allow your thoughts to convey that you want this person to contact you. Don't feel as though you need to concentrate on a command. That simply won't work. Just continue to send positive impressions.

*Belief - You need to believe that the other person is receiving your message. Keep an open minded attitude as you learn to expand your telepathic focus.

*Let go of the Trance State - Do not drift off, deliberately bring yourself back to reality and go on with day to day things. There is a good reason for doing this.

You must release your thoughts and feelings about this person. This has the effect of the person missing you more and thus increasing their desire to talk to you. The person should contact you very soon.

If you're practicing alone, this technique can be a great way to learn to focus your mind and your innate telepathic ability. There are equally powerful ways to learn to focus using two people.

Here is a quick method to practice your telepathic communication using two people.

*Send and Receive - One of you will send and the other one will receive. Discuss which one will be which. Assuming you are the sender, here is how it works.

Your friend, the receiver will need to write down anything that flows into his or her mind. Get a note pad and a pen ready and go over the necessity of writing it all down with your friend. Assure him or her that if it is thought it is not made up, this will help make sure it is all wrote down.

*See it - Use some simple images to focus on and send to your receiver. Things like a yellow sun, grapes, or a triangle. It will be easy for you to concentrate on these simple things and project them to your receiver.

*Transmitting Your Message - Close your eyes and focus on establishing a communication thought-tube between you and the receiver. Picture it clearly in your mind's-eye as connecting the two of you.

Get a clear picture of your image and send it down the line. Imagine a clear, bright picture of it racing or flowing to your receiver. Stay focused on the object until you see it reach the receiver.

Visualizing is a very effective way to send messages telepathicly.

*End Transmission - When you feel that your thought-object has reached its destination, stop projecting and allow your mind to be blank. This pause in transmission is important because it allows your receiver time to realize that an image really did appear. When it stops it also allows the receiver time to take a note of what image he saw.

*Receiver - The receiver should relax and remain as calm as possible. With an open mind and a willingness to receive images and impressions, the receiver should write down any impressions that come to mind.

We all see have things flowing through or mind when we relax and are receptive to it. A receiver should write anything down that he or she sees, even if it is believed to be a random thought.

*Check the results - When the session is complete, see how well both of you done in sending and receiving images. Anyone will get some of them right as well have the ability to do this. It will take some training to do really well at it as a rule. A perfect score would be very unusual on the first try.

Learn To De-stress Your Day

The speed of life in today's society is fast and the increase of daily stress that you experience as a result, may leave you tired, moody and discouraged. There will always be stressors around you, many which will be out of your control. The good news is that you can minimize the effects that those stressors have in your life - you can reduce the stress. One thing that you can control for sure is your response to the triggers that cause you stress. Sometimes, it is a matter of changing your view from a negative one to a positive outlook.

There are many things that you can do to go throughout your day feeling less stressed-out. The way in which you approach your day is one of them. Do you wake up in a bad mood because you have to go to work? This can change your whole attitude towards this day. Instead, realize that you and many other people in the planet go to work every day and that this activity is necessary for your survival. Then practice some gratefulness. Be glad that you have a job to help with your expenses.

Eat a balanced breakfast before heading out. Eat healthy throughout the day. Do not skip meals. Take small breaks during the day.

Do you lose your temper if you spill that glass of orange juice just when you need to head out the door? What about realizing that accidents happen and that today you may or may not be a bit late for work? Maybe you spilled the glass because you where in a rush to get out the door in the first place. Instead of getting aggravated, stop, breathe deeply, clean it up, and change your clothes. Then be on your way, maybe it took you a matter of 5-10 minutes, but you are still going to work.

You can exercise or do yoga in the mornings to help get you energized and going. Exercise can also help better your mood.

Start your day by taking a few minutes to visualize a positive day ahead of you. It will give you a positive mind frame to get you throughout the day. When you are ready to go to sleep, change the outcome of any bad happenings during the day - play it in your head in a positive way. What happened is in the past, and by fixing your day in your mind before going to sleep, you are attracting positive energy towards you, and going to rest in a positive and relaxed state.

Plan your day, keep your schedule, and learn to say no. Unless it is a real emergency, keep your plans for the day. Maybe your neighbor will drop his dog for you to babysit because he/she planned to play poker today assuming that you were staying home. You had plans to go out by yourself and do some shopping. It is things like this, which pop out the sudden in your schedule that add more stress to your day. Politely, excuse yourself and keep your plans. It is easy to end up feeling guilty, but if you reframe the situation you will soon realized that: the dog is not your responsibility and it was rude of your neighbor to assume that you were free that night. This will soon put your feelings of guilt into perspective.

Enjoy natural teas (like chamomile tea) during the day to calm and refresh you. Use aromatherapy to enhance your environment. Listen to some music. Surround yourself with the things you like, and be grateful for them.

Stretch throughout the day or in the shower in the morning.

Spend time with your loved ones and pets. Sometimes feelings of guilt for not spending enough time with your kids or pets (or the meaningful people in your life) become stress, even without you realizing it.

Nourish your spiritual side.

Make time for yourself to do something that you enjoy doing - even if it is reading for 15 minutes. When you feel neglected, you are opening the door to feelings of anger and resentment.

Make time to socialize outside the home (work does not count). We are social beings and need to nourish relationships in our lives. You can call a friend while doing your daily walking or maybe stop and talk five or ten minutes with a neighbor.

These are a few things that you can do to handle stress on a daily basis. You are the one in control of your day, your feelings, and the way your react to stressors.

A Crystal Award For Any Taste Or Occasion

Commemorating a recently marked milestone or anniversary, or recognizing a special achievement with a crystal award is becoming increasingly popular. From plaques to bowls and obelisks, the clarity and sparkling brilliance of crystal makes for a wide variety of breathtakingly beautiful awards.

An award can be made from any one of several types of crystal, or even a combination of types; it all depends on the intended style. The most commonly used by far is optic crystal, sometimes also referred to as optical, crystal. Optic crystal differs from lead crystal in that no lead oxide is used in its manufacture. Bubbles and other imperfections are removed during the manufacturing process by subjecting the molten crystal to immense amounts of pressure. The end result are sheets of crystal, suitable to be used in the creation of solid form awards such as sculptures and wall plaques. Optic crystal is known for its clarity, hardness and the fact that it is one hundred percent lead free.

Black optic crystal, used largely to form base pieces for other sculptures and figurines, is made by introducing special additives during the manufacturing process.

Starfire is a slightly blue-tinted crystal manufactured in a process similar to that of optic crystal. Some consider Starfire to be a glass, and not a crystal, due to its less perfect clarity.

The law of attraction is a way that you can master the forces of nature and uses all of its positive energy to get what you want in life. It is a mental discipline that starts with the creation of a positive energy field.

This law allows you to attract what you want to and repel what you don't. It helps you to become a positive thinker and influence others with your upbeat thoughts.

These negative thoughts have stuck with us since then. We have to get rid of these thoughts. Start out by telling yourself you are smart, successful, and likeable. If you tell yourself this often enough, you will eventually come to believe it.

Once you completely believe that you are amazing person, it is time to let the powers of the universe work for you. Energy works like a magnet. If you are full of positive energy then the positive energy of the rest of the world will be drawn to you as well. We crack self-deprecating jokes and don't set our expectations too high so that we won't get disappointed. However, if we can learn to release all of our doubts and fears and only view ourselves in a positive light, then the sky's the limit. Take some time every day, say at least twenty minutes, to sit still and concentrate on what a good person you are. It may take one or many months, but eventually you will believe it.

After you have this amazing ball of positive energy it is time to project it on your goals. Simply visualize yourself getting what you want and focus all of your energy into that visualization. Once that is achieved act as though the object of your desire is already in your grasp. Since you have the powers of the universe backing you up, it shouldn't be that long before you have achieved your goals. Even though mental training can be somewhat difficult, if you are looking for a method to turn your life around focus your energy on the law of attraction.

Jay's En-Lightening Experience

I met Jay in June 1977 when he came to our home to meet my husband, a well known certified hypnotherapist. Jay was hoping to be able to study under him. As an astrologer, I asked him for his date, time and place of birth so I could do his chart. After about a minute I made a startling discovery and returned to tell him what I had found. I guess Jay found this a little strange but I said to him, something special is going to happen to you soon. You will be guided there and this experience will change your life and someone you know will be there to observe.

Eventually, Jay met my husband and they worked together for some time. Jay had some blood pressure and stress issues so they did three hypnosis sessions together to sort the problem. Later on, they started to study together and Lee gave Jay perhaps seven to ten books per week to read; ever expanding Jays mind on cultures and beliefs, mind sciences and cult influences, and much more. He also recommended classes; the Loving Relationship Training by Sondra Lee and a series by Theta Seminars on Metaphysics.

Jay began to attend a class called Spiritual Psychology taught by a husband and wife team from Missouri. They had been into natural healing, natural childbirth with doctors and absolutely unique concepts for a period in time.

Most of Jays friends thought he was crazy to be attending classes like that on weekends instead of water skiing, boating, enjoying life, playing with women at bars, or just getting drunk like some of his clients. But, Jay was content with studying Metaphysics and Healing.

It was at the second Theta Seminar that the special event occurred. It was August 1977 and Jay was in the classroom which was in a loft on 22nd Street in New York City. In the class, they had discussed the cycles of birth and death and its influence on the soul. They did some breathing, meditation and thinking about their own birth.

Jay remembered that his was traumatic, as his mother had gone into a coma and he was born two months premature. Then, he suddenly realized that he was meant to be born early; his weight was already 8 lbs. 15 ounces and his mother was too tiny at 411 to handle the Big Guy coming into the world.

He was able to forgive himself for wearing out his mother at birth with his size and weight. He forgave his mother for falling unconscious at his birth and missing his first two weeks of life on Earth. What an experience it was for him. Feeling the forgive-ness made Jay feel lighter.

The next part of the class was the chanting and rocking session. Jay was still feeling that lightness as the group of six in his team began elevating and rocking him to music and chants. One at a time, the team was lifting each person up and then rocking the fully elevated person before slowly returning them to the ground.

Back then Jay weighed 280 pounds and there they were, trying to get him up in the air. He felt as light as a feather, totally relaxed as he was rocked back and forth. During the session the window was open and suddenly a strange cool-damp breeze came through into the room, exactly where they were rocking Jay. A bolt of what appeared to be lightning hit Jay at the top of his head. The group pulled their hands away and he floated back down to the ground.

Then Jay slowly opened his eyes and touched the top of his head. It felt warm. As he sat up, he was surprised to see me standing over him, looking at him. He remembered what I had said to him when we first met, And someone you know will be there to observe. Jay closed his eyes and his head was filled with ideas and formulas and concepts and the words just know that you know.

From that moment, he knew the past, present and the future. He foresaw floods, tornados, the economic crisis of 2007- on ... he was frightened, but understood. He knew about others just by looking at their faces, their eyes or from their handwriting. And there is so much more that he knew he would come know.

The question for Jay in all of this is, if there is so much that he knows now, then how can he use it to help others throughout the rest of his life?

Modern Green Fuels And The Growth Of Wood Pellets

Wood Pellets are a unknown to many people, and a fuel source some people use every day, but what are wood pellets. Well, to put it simply wood pellets are a compressed form of a variety of woody bio-products from timber processing.

So how are wood pellets made? Well, the main piece of equipment used is known as a pellet mill, but also known by names such as a pellet press or pellet machine. The all work under than same principle of heating and then compressing the wood into pellet form.

The type of sawdust that can be used to make wood pellets is quite general, for example it could be softwood or hardwood in origin, and some wood pellets are a mixture of the two. Different types of wood do burn differently, and produce different levels of ash content.

Once the type and grade of wood pellet fuel has been chosen, you must then decide how you will use these wood pellets to generate the heat you require. This firstly depends on the size of your heating requirements. For smaller spaces a wood pellet stove can be used.

If you have an existing central heating system, or under floor heating, a wood pellet boiler maybe more suitable for your requirements. A wood pellet boiler operates in the same way as a gas or oil boiler. However using wood pellets can save a lot of money each year.

So some people may ask, how much work is required to clean up after burning wood pellets. Well actually much less than you may think. As wood pellets burn much more efficiently than other solid fuels, they generate only a small percentage of ash, around 0.5% of ash. As the ash content is so low, it means the ash draw on the pellet stove or pellet boiler only has to be cleaned at most every few days, more than often once a week.

You've Got To Enjoy Your Own Company Before You Can Enjoy Others

Are you afraid of being alone? Many people are. The thought that, at some point in time most of us will spend a period of time alone, is something that scares many people a great deal.

There are many reasons why someone will spend time alone. Perhaps a spouse dies. Perhaps a child moves away, goes to college. A relationship breaks up, and one has no partner. These are all hard to live through, but we can come through all of these experiences as stronger people. The path to getting through them is to be satisfied alone. If you are ok being alone, you won't fear it any longer.

This is hard to accept for many people. We need to be able to enjoy our activities for the activity itself. Too often we depend on other people for our enjoyment. We feel like if we can't do something with another person, share the experience, we are disappointed. It is like the telling of a story.

Suppose there is no one there to tell the story to. We often think that this makes the story meaningless and hollow. If we think this way it is destructive. We should be able to enjoy our experiences independently as well.

Sharing experiences and stories is enjoyable and important of course. But, that is not the important thing. The important thing is to enjoy what you are doing. You should be able to fully experience and enjoy your activities, all by yourself.

When you are able to enjoy things on your own, no one can take this away from you. You will always be able to remember this good time also. This is the key to true independence. You'll find that you are happier and stronger as a result, regardless of your circumstances.

Don't fall into the thinking that being independent is sad or depressing. Just because you can enjoy activities by yourself does not mean that you must always be alone!

In fact, you will have a better time sharing experiences with others if you can learn to enjoy experiences on your own first.

Our dogs bark for a reason and that is because we like them to. Years of systematic domestication and discerning breeding let our dogs develop their barking abilities.

Alarming intruders and helping their owners in a farm where there are sheep are just some of the reasons why dogs developed their barking abilities further. But as you notice, wolves do not bark, this ability is only developed by dogs.

Dogs don't bark for nothing. They do it to communicate, get attention and to manifest excitement. Lifestyle and training should be taught by their masters if they want their dogs to communicate with them.

If you will continue to reward your dog for barking then he will do this continuously. It will be better if you will think and figure what he is trying to express and start there.

Examine first what your dog is trying to tell you if they bark too much. Don't give them the attention they need at once. Wait for them to stop barking before attending to their needs.

Giving them attention when they bark will only strengthens the action. The best solution is to wait for the bark to cease and that teaches him that he'll get attention if he stops.

Unfortunately, there are dogs that are very territorial. They will bark at you even if you are just merely walking or passing by.

When he starts barking, try to distract him. Get his attention to break the bark cycle with food or play with him perhaps. This will teach him that he can get more treats by not barking.

Sixty-eight-percent of women claim to have sensitive skin which means dry, tight, chapped or easily irritated skin. Moisturize regularly. Avoid harsh cleansers with ingredients such as fragrances, dyes and preservatives because sensitive skin is easily damaged and takes longer to recover.

If your skin is dry or easily irritated, don't wash more than once a day. You may risk stripping the skin of its natural oils. Look for non-irritating cleansing washes that are soap-free. Use light, oil-free, water-based moisturizers to help maintain the skin's natural barrier. Make sure to choose a facial moisturizer with an SPF of at least 15, which protects against both UVB and UVA rays.

Skin sensitivity may also result from the third most common, non-surgical skincare procedure known as Microdermabrasion. Microdermabrasion is a quick and easy, non-invasive procedure that helps to reveal healthier-looking skin by sweeping away dead skin cells. Dr. Franks reveals that, following the treatment, the best way to avoid irritation is by pting for an ultra-gentle cleanser and moisturizer. A new clinical study shows that PURPOSE gentle cleansing wash and dual treatment moisture lotion with spf 15 are compatible with this procedure.

How else can we obtain optimal skin health? Dr. Franks says, "Exercise opens up blood vessels to make skin look healthy and youthful. It's so important for healthy skin." Regular cardiovascular exercise increases blood flow to the skin which assists in collagen production. Maintaining muscle mass through exercise can also help anchor and support skin, keeping it soft. And drink up! At least eight, eight-ounce glasses of water a day are crucial for optimal skin hydration.

So before you sign on for an extreme and expensive makeover, just think back on some simple, beauty basics! You just might like what you see!
