After A Break Up Avoid Being Lonely

By Alex Ribchester

It is a very lonely time for someone after a break up. You just have to sit there alone going over what has happened again and again in your head.

This short piece is going to look at your loneliness and try and improve things for you. If you surround yourself with other people, you will soon see that your ex wasn't the be all and end all.

It's often the case that you lose touch with friends while you're in a relationship due to spending time with your partner. It's important that you make contact with your old friends and if necessary build bridges with them.

The more time you can spend with them the better. Even if it feels a bit awkward at first due to not seeing them for a while, just stick with it. If you were still in contact with your friends while you were in a relationship then seeing them obviously won't be too much of a problem.

It is also good to spend time with family at this point. Turn to you siblings and spend some time with them. There are always your parents too if all else fails.

There is also the idea of joining up to a local gym. Doing this will give your appearance a boost in time for when you next see your ex.

Shaping up or shedding the pounds will make you feel so much better about yourself. So with spending time at the gym and seeing friends often your mind will be kept off your ex and your time will be occupied.

Being completely alone will probably make you do some desperate things in an attempt to get your ex back. You may bombard them with phone calls and messages and do other things that will just send them further away from you, keeping busy will stop you from resorting to this.
